Job Description

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly as they enter the restaurant, and escort them to their tables in a friendly and professional manner. Provide detailed introductions of menu items, including special dishes, ingredients, and cooking methods, to help customers make selections.

 Taking Orders: Accurately record customers' orders, clarify any special requests or dietary restrictions, and repeat the order to ensure correctness. Communicate orders promptly and precisely to the kitchen and bar staff.

Serving: Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner, following proper service etiquette. Ensure that all items are presented attractively and that the table is kept clean and tidy throughout the meal.

 Customer Satisfaction: Regularly check on customers during their meal to ensure they are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly to any requests or complaints, and take appropriate action to resolve issues and ensure a positive dining experience.

 Billing and Payment: Present customers with accurate bills, explain any charges if necessary, and process payments efficiently. Provide change and receipts promptly and courteously.

 Restaurant Maintenance: Keep the dining area clean and organized, including setting and clearing tables, refilling condiments, and restocking supplies. Assist with basic cleaning tasks as required.
