Position Sales Executive (Female)

Key Responsibilities

*Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming showroom environment

*Understand customer needs and assist them in selecting suitable sarees or attire

*Explain fabric types, handwork, and design details to customers with product knowledge

*Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and collections

*Handle inquiries via walk-ins, phone, or social media as required

*Upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales targets

*Process orders, handle billing, and ensure proper after-sales service

*Maintain proper display and cleanliness of the showroom

*Coordinate with the tailoring and dispatch teams for customized orders

 Prior sales experience is a plus
