Job Description

We are looking for a retail sales associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, sales associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customer to determine their needs, you should also be able to promptly resolve customer complains and ensure maximum client satisfaction. The duties of a sales associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the stores sales goals.

Requirmens

Sales associate skills

* Proven work experience as a retail sales associate, sales Representative or similar role minimum 1 year of experience.

* Education qualifycation.

Minimum A/L , computer knowledge.

* Basics understand of sales Princepales and customer service

practices

* Proficiency in English and Sinhala

* work flexibly with the company rules and regulations.
