【~】✪ 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the solar energy sector.

【~】✪ Freshers with strong communication and learning ability may also be considered.

【~】✪ Ability to conduct site visits and explain technical solutions to customers.

【~】✪ Customer relationship management (CRM) skills.

【~】✪ Fluent in Sinhala, Tamil, and preferably English.

【~】✪ Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.

【~】✪ Possession of a motorcycle valid driving license.

【~】✪ Basic technical knowledge of solar PV systems and energy calculations.

【~】✪ Willingness to travel to rural or remote locations.
