Payroll & Compensation Management: Gain exposure to payroll processes and assist in tracking employee promotions and performance to ensure a motivated workforce.

Support Insurance Programs: Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding with insurance vendors and address employee queries to foster a secure environment.

HRIS Operations: Learn to manage and maintain organizational hierarchies within the HRIS and support the annual employee evaluation process.

Contribute to Employee Retention Efforts: Help create and implement strategies that enhance workplace culture and boost employee satisfaction.

Participate in Employee Recognition Programs: Assist in organizing recognition initiatives to celebrate employee achievements and promote a positive work environment.
