 Requirements 

• Experience in international recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

• Experience dealing with clients and candidates.

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of visa processes, immigration laws, and international labor compliance.

• Oversee and manage the full recruitment cycle for foreign placements.

• Strong network of sourcing partners and agents is an advantage.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
