Supervisor – E Waste

Sisili Hanaro Encare is an environmental engineering company and leader in clinical waste management in Sri Lanka is on the lookout for aspiring and ambitious young candidate for the post of "Supervisor – Plastic Production" who has the ability to take on a demanding role.

Key Responsibilities 

• Supervise daily plastic production processes and ensure smooth operations at the Material Recovery Facility.

• Monitor production performance, machine functionality, and staff attendance in real-time.

• Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met.

• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and coordinate maintenance when needed.

• Enforce safety protocols, PPE use, and facility security.

• Report production data, incidents, and quality or safety concerns promptly.

• Manage shift handovers with detailed operational updates.

• Support compliance with environmental and waste management regulations.

Requirements 

• Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing, recycling, or plastic production environment, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.

• Strong understanding of plastic processing operations such as segregation, crushing, washing, drying, and pelletizing. Familiarity with MRF operations is a plus.

• Willingness to work in shift-based operations.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Living nearby areas of Wattala,Ja-Ela, Ragama.
