We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Air Ticketing & Visa Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in visa processing and ticketing, with excellent customer service and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end visa processing for various countries (business, and work visas).
• Prepare and verify all visa documents and applications.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and clients for visa-related requirements.
• Book, issue, reissue, and cancel air tickets through GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
• Provide customers with accurate travel information, including flight schedules, fare rules, and visa requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of documents and tracking of visa application status.
• Maintain updated records of visa applications and ticketing details.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the visa and ticketing process.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in visa processing and air ticketing.
• Strong knowledge of visa documentation, embassy rules, and procedures.
• Proficiency in global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Professional certification in ticketing/reservation systems is a plus.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
