 What You'll Do
 Turn engagement into expansion — drive free-to-paid conversions
 Lead community growth across channels (social, content, partnerships)
Manage our platforms (Circle.so / Skool) and member experience
 Create onboarding journeys, gamification, and referral loops
 Collaborate across teams to amplify community wins and fuel product strategy

 We're Looking For
✅ 4+ years in community growth, B2B SaaS or AI/automation preferred
✅ Strong experience with community tools & analytics
✅ Data-driven mindset with a creative, people-first approach
✅ Passion for AI, emerging tech, and remote collaboration
