We are looking for a smart, responsible, and energetic Female Office Assistant to join our growing team.

 Job Responsibilities

 Email writing and replying to clients

 Preparing quotations

 Creating sales invoices

 Maintaining stock inventory records

 General office coordination and administrative work

 Requirements

 Good computer knowledge

 Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel

 Good communication skills in English

Ability to work responsibly and independently

Previous office experience is an added advantage

 Salary LKR 40,000/=
