Job Description

 Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate daily operations with site and internal teams

* Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment

* Assist with project scheduling and progress tracking

* Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and departments

* Prepare reports, MOMs, and project documentation

 Requirements

* Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Office Management, or a related field

* Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations or Construction Projects

* Good communication and coordination skills

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

* Strong organizational and time-management skills
