1. Handling daily bakery operations in a smooth manner.
2. Preparing the daily production schedule (DO Summary).
3. Ensuring product availability for promotions and price discounts.
4. Maintaining the facility & environment as per the given protocols whilst ensuring high degree of cleanliness & hygiene standards according to ministry and company standards.
5. Ability to handle petty cash accurately.
6. Handling internal and external customer calls, ensuring the deliveries and handling customer complaints effectively
7. Developing and maintaining a friendly and professional relationship with internal and external customers.
8. Maintaining effective communication with inter departments, Central Warehouse, and suppliers.
9. Actively involve to minimize the wastage.
10. Ensuring No out of stocks.
Key Qualifications and Skills
1. Diploma or any other recognized qualification in Business Administration in a recognized Institute or University.
2. A minimum 2-3 Years of Work Experience.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
4. A good team player with flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.
