Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our growing property development and construction team.

Responsibilities

* Prepare architectural, structural, and construction drawings.

* Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed plans.

* Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site staff.

* Revise drawings based on project requirements and site conditions.

* Maintain drawing records and document control.

Requirements

* Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).

* Knowledge of construction detailing and drafting standards.

* Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

* Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.

* Good communication and teamwork skills.
