Medispot (Pvt) Ltd is an authorized medical screening center accredited by the Gulf Health Council, providing pre-employment medical examinations for candidates seeking employment in the Gulf States. We are committed to delivering accurate, efficient, and professional services in a timely manner.

Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing high volumes of data with precision, maintaining confidentiality, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately enter and update candidate information into internal systems and online platforms.

* Ensure data is complete, consistent, and properly formatted before submission.

* Coordinate with the medical and administrative teams to obtain missing information.

* Generate and review reports as needed.

* Maintain data confidentiality and follow internal data handling protocols.

* Perform routine clerical tasks and assist in general office duties when required.

Requirements

* Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification.

* Previous experience in data entry roles preferably in a medical or healthcare setting would be a plus.

* Excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and database software.

* Fast and accurate typing skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Good communication skills in English, Sinhala and Tamil will be an added advantage.
