Lanka Staff is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently processing customer orders received via WhatsApp and accurately entering data into the company’s internal system. If you have strong English communication skills, fast typing ability, and critical thinking skills, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders received through WhatsApp
Accurately upload order details into the internal system
Ensure high attention to detail in every customer interaction
Collaborate with the team to maintain service quality
Required Qualifications
Excellent English communication (spoken and written)
Strong keyboard typing speed and accuracy
Ability to think critically and work independently
Prior customer service experience is a plus
Working Details
Working Days: 5.5 days per week (no fixed day off)
Working Hours: 9-hour shift (including a 1-hour break)
Work Location: World Trade Center / Orion City
